Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Perform armed patrol duties in accordance with licensing requirements, post orders, and applicable laws and/or regulations, helping to deter unauthorized activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including observing conditions, gathering information, and notifying appropriate parties;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Complete required documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate relevant updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
