Protection Enforcement Agency LLC is seeking professional Armed Security Officers to join our Richmond, VA team. The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, and capable of maintaining a professional presence while ensuring the safety of clients, property, and the public.

• Conduct patrols and maintain high visibility at assigned posts.
• Deter and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies in accordance with company protocols.
• Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with site‑specific post orders and client requirements.

• Must possess a valid Virginia DCJS Armed Security License.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and situational awareness skills.
• Ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
