We are seeking an energetic and motivated Commission-Only B2B Sales Representative specializing in food packaging and related solutions to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity for driven sales professionals to leverage their outside sales expertise, develop new business, and manage key accounts within a designated territory. As a commission-only position, your success hinges on your ability to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting relationships with business clients.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our food packaging solutions.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic territory management plans to maximize sales growth and market penetration.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements that meet company objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and promotional activities that support lead generation efforts.
Experience
  • Proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the food packaging or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in management or business development roles with a focus on territory management and account growth.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, analysis, and customer service with the ability to conduct product demos effectively.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies, cold calling techniques, and inside/outside sales approaches.
  • Ability to work independently in a commission-only environment while maintaining high motivation levels.
