Quotations Specialist

RMI is expanding and seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Quotations Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technical documents, solving customer challenges, and collaborating across departments to deliver accurate, competitive bids.

The successful candidate will review blueprints and specifications to generate estimates, prepare formal proposals, support customers throughout the quotation process, and ensure accurate project follow-through. We are looking for someone organized, self-driven, confident with technology, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.

• Review blueprints and specifications to generate cost estimates
• Enter and manage data within CRM and ERP systems
• Follow up on active bids and projects
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding pricing, specifications, and order status
• Assist with special projects as assigned

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• High attention to detail and organization
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Proficiency in computer systems and data entry
• CRM familiarity preferred
• Experience in sales, customer service, or estimating encouraged but not required

Salary commensurate with experience. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), 120 hours PTO, and paid holidays.
