The Land Group (TLG) is expanding its Virginia Chesapeake and Piedmont business unit, focusing on agricultural, timberland and transitional land markets. This position is for a driven professional who can build long-term landowner relationships and operate comfortably across rural property types.

• Build and manage a defined landowner portfolio across agricultural, farmette, timberland and conservation-oriented properties.
• Produce proposals, valuations and advisory engagements.
• Represent buyers and sellers in complex land transactions.
• Participate in sealed-bid and auction processes.
• Contribute to market intelligence, outreach and territory growth.
• Support brand expansion throughout the region

• Active Virginia real estate license or ability to obtain promptly.
• Background in agriculture, forestry, conservation, or rural property development preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a performance-driven environment.
