The primary responsibility of the Technology Representative (TR) is शुक्रबार supporting, assisting, and contributing to the predetermined sales goals and quotas within the assigned team’s territory. The TR must be knowledgeable in Arthrex’s extensive product offerings, including but not limited to techniques, features, benefits, and value proposition. This is a sales role that requires travel between the office andzej various customer sites.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with direct and indirect customers to grow and develop business within the assigned territoryPromote and sell medical products, devices, or supplies to achieve sales targetsConduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain features, benefits, and usageAssist in covering surgical cases in assigned territoryParticipate in training sessions and Journal workshops to enhance knowledge and skillsStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developmentsManage a designated sales territory, including scheduling, attending client meetingsProvide after-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving product issuesEnsure the safe and effective use of our products in the operating room by providing clinical and educational valueMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and ordersPick up, transport, deliver and maintain supplies and inventory required for demos, sales and casesComplete calls, customer шим visits, appointments as efforts to make sales and meet/exceed quotasRespond promptly to all chatters, emails, calls and other essential communicationsEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, ethical sales practices and credentialing requirementsTravel to and arrive early as needed to job sites, meetings, appointments, surgeriesкот training eventsThe above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed as a TR. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experienceFamiliarity with medical terminology, anatomy and pathologyValid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportationAdaptability and critical thinking skillsProblem-solving skills and ability to provide action-oriented solutionsEmbody and demonstrate a competitive spiritSelf‑motivated with strong organizational and time management abilitiesExcellent communicationorat, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsResilience and adaptability in a competitive sales environmentWillingness and ability to travel frequentlyProficiency in using Microsoft Office and smartphone technologyWork EnvironmentThe TR will spend a lot of time travelling to meetings, hospitals and practices to meet with potential customers and to surgeries. Instead of sitting behind a desk, the TR will be constantly interacting, problem‑solving and adapting to the needs of healthcare providers and the business.
Physical Requirements Sitting for Long Periods: TRs spend a lot of time driving between hospitals, clinics, and meetings;
Due to locations of training, meetings and company functions, periodic airline travel is required.Standing for Long Periods: TRs will often be present in operating rooms or product demonstrations where they need to stand, observe, and engage with medical professionals.Lifting & Carrying:
Medical devices can range from small tools to heavy equipment, requiring TRs to transport and set up displays or training materials (up to 50 lbs.)Walking Between Locations:
In large hospitals or medical facilities, TRs may need to walk extensively to visit different departments.Dexterity & Fine Motor
Skills:
