Sales & Loan Associate - Pawnbroker $13-$16
Join Pledge Financial LLC as a Sales & Loan Associate in our Richmond store. We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated team player to help customers with loans, sales, and purchases while building skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.
Base pay range$13.00/hr - $16.00/hr
Competitive base pay plus weekly sales commissions. Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement, etc.). Paid training and ongoing coaching. Opportunities for career growth with a large, established company.
Responsibilities- Welcome and assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales.
- Build relationships and provide excellent service to new and returning customers.
- Help customers understand product options and make confident decisions.
- Meet store sales and service goals with support from your team.
- Accurately handle cash and transactions.
- Keep the sales floor engaging by showcasing and demonstrating products.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not required—training provided).
- Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life.
- Confidence in negotiating and problem solving.
- Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first.
- Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math.
