Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves meeting with pre-qualified homeowners, conducting energy assessments, and presenting solutions tailored to their needs. Our sales professionals benefit from company-provided leads generated through our successful direct mail dinner seminars and other marketing efforts ”no cold calling required!.
Responsibilities:- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess energy efficiency needs
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our products and services
- Present customized solutions and close sales in a one-call close environment
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships - Meet or exceed sales targets and company expectations
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and product offerings
- Prior in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement, HVAC, solar, etc.)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowner availability
- Reliable transportation and a professional appearance
- Pre-set, qualified leads - no cold calling!
- High earning potential with uncapped commissions ($130,000-$225,000)
