We are seeking a full-time Sales Specialist to join our team on‑site in Richmond, VA. This role involves managing customer inquiries, providing detailed and personalized service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with clients, providing support throughout the customer journey, and promoting our services effectively. Additionally, the role includes assisting in training initiatives and contributing to growing sales strategies.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide team members and enhance overall sales performance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Self‑motivated, able to work in a fast‑paced setting, and demonstrate problem‑solving abilities
• Previous experience in the moving or logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
