Wilson Hand LLC seeks a highly skilled High-Level Sales Closer to join our sales team. As a High-Level Sales Closer, you will be responsible for closing high-value sales deals, providing expert knowledge on the Federal tax code to clients, and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Develop and execute high-level tax strategy sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and increase closed transactions.
• Convert leads into clients and guide them through the sales process.
• Build relationships with potential clients and negotiate and close intangible financial strategies and sales deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge.
• Enter all activity and deal progression data into the CRM for accurate reporting and management.

• Over 15 years of high-ticket closing experience with an average annual income of $400,000+ in the last 10 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field.
• Proven experience closing deals with High-Net-Worth Individuals and business owners.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and intangible financial strategies, including federal tax code implications.
• Negotiation and presentation skills with confidentiality and sensitive information handling.

We offer very competitive commissions paid on all new sales. Potential earnings range from $400,000 to $2,000,000 per year, with an annual average commission of $600,000
–$2,000,000 for US-based partners.
