Job Title: Account Representative
Location: Richmond, VA
What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for a self‑motivated and detail‑oriented individual to work with our customers, sales teams, and internal teams to initiate front‑end processes and help deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
What You’ll Be Responsible For In This Role- Determine customer product needs
- Configure products to provide quotations to customers /sales
- Price quotations / orders and reconcile pricing discrepancies
- Liaise with Engineering to determine technical feasibility of new products / configurations/ options
- Prepare customer bid packages
- Act as internal point of contact for account(s) incoming and outgoing funnel
- Other duties that may be assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years’ experience in account management/inside sales
- 2 years’ experience OEM Mfg environment
