What we’re looking forWe are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to work with our customers, sales teams, and internal teams to initiate front-end processes and help deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
What you’ll be responsible for in this role- Determine customer product needs
- Configure products to provide quotations to customers /sales
- Price quotations / orders and reconcile pricing discrepancies
- Liaise with Engineering to determine technical feasibility of new products / configurations/ options
- Prepare customer bid packages
- Act as internal point of contact for account(s) incoming and outgoing funnel
- Other duties that may be assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years’ experience in account management/ inside sales
- 2 years’ experience OEM Mfg environment
- Understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook and Excel)
- Customer focus – ability to keep needs of customer front of mind with every initiative
- Diligence in adhering to standard processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Superior organizational skills
