Key Responsibilities- Establish yourself as the go‑to person for new and existing customers by implementing a communication plan and presenting our solutions to key stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales process from onboarding to after‑sales customer management.
- Own the full sales cycle: understand requirements, develop solutions, create and provide quotes, close orders, and hand over accurate information to implementation teams.
- Develop new opportunities from leads through your own network, referrals or marketing efforts, and excite new customers about our services.
- Collaborate closely with Global Head of Sales, Global Head of Product and Applications, Procurement Manager, Sales Coordinator, Finance, and third‑party partners for technical presentations and pre‑sales briefings.
- Customer‑centric & sales‑driven (commission‑based).
- Detail‑oriented, organized, hands‑on approach to solution building.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Familiarity with IT/Telecom services and IP networking is advantageous.
