Smart Home Security Technician Smart Security Pro’s mission is to show residential customers they are valued, delivering a 5-Star experience in the Smart Security industry. If you have a passion for helping people, a strong sales background, and a winning mindset, we’ll help you transition into this role. There is no cold calling or door-to-door sales. We connect customers who are already interested in ADT home security;
in-home appointments are scheduled by our Inside Sales team. You will review options on-site and design a custom home security package, with uncapped commissions based on homeowner decisions. You control the process from start to finish, leaving customers better protected than before you arrived.

Responsibilities- Help homeowners create customized Smart Security solutions for their personal needs
- Provide 5-star customer interaction every day; be the first face-to-face contact with Safe Streets
- Install, troubleshoot, and demonstrate ADT-monitored security systems

Safety and PPE:
Safe Streets provides personal protective equipment (PPE) or stipends to technicians to ensure safety.
This job entails physical requirements, including the ability to work above head level, carry loads of 30-50 pounds, operate power tools, and navigate attics and crawl spaces.
