must reside in the Richmond, VA surrounding area.

- Identify prospects in need of Randstad’s workforce services & solutions—temporary, temporary-to-hire and permanent roles (100% of the day)
- A huge advantage to this branch is: you can also sell Administrative Professional Services along with our F&A practice making this a goldmine for $$$ potential
- Main POC — build strong relationships with hiring managers
- Create partnerships through various channels of communication with key decision-makers
- Execute activities that will gain results (lots of phone calls, emails, virtual and on-site client meetings)
- Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client’s potential
- Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
- Coach, handle candidate issues/concerns (payroll, terminations etc), and retain talent
- Offer innovative and creative employment solutions
- This is NOT an Account Manager role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (highly preferred but not required)
- Minimum 3+ years of proven F&A industry business experience (sales experience is highly desired)
- Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past
- Technical competency and the ability to connect with others
- Track record of delivering results in a sales metrics-driven environment
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Passion for results, resilience, self‑confidence, self‑driven and the desire to do an exceptional job
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen— you like to WIN!
