Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

This range is provided by Randstad USA. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Remote:
must reside in the Richmond, VA surrounding area.

Responsibilities
  • Identify prospects in need of Randstad’s workforce services & solutions—temporary, temporary-to-hire and permanent roles (100% of the day)
  • A huge advantage to this branch is: you can also sell Administrative Professional Services along with our F&A practice making this a goldmine for $$$ potential
  • Main POC — build strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Create partnerships through various channels of communication with key decision-makers
  • Execute activities that will gain results (lots of phone calls, emails, virtual and on-site client meetings)
  • Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client’s potential
  • Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
  • Coach, handle candidate issues/concerns (payroll, terminations etc), and retain talent
  • Offer innovative and creative employment solutions
  • This is NOT an Account Manager role
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (highly preferred but not required)
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven F&A industry business experience (sales experience is highly desired)
  • Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past
  • Technical competency and the ability to connect with others
  • Track record of delivering results in a sales metrics-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for results, resilience, self‑confidence, self‑driven and the desire to do an exceptional job
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen— you like to WIN!
