The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within their designated territory. This role manages the entire sales process—from customer engagement, quoting, order processing, product shipment, to training clinical staff and distributors—supports Aerogen distributors, launches new products in collaboration with the Marketing team, builds strong relationships with physicians and clinicians, employs strategic selling skills, and proactively creates sales opportunities.
Additionally, the Account Manager conducts peer‑to‑peer and promotional events and handles other tasks as requested by their manager.
- Achieve sales revenue quota for Aerogen products within assigned territory.
- Manage the entire sales process, including customer interest, quotations, customer orders, product shipment, customer implementation, and training of clinical staff and distributors.
- Drive and support Aerogen distributors.
- Launch new products in combination with Marketing in the territory.
- Establish strong physician and clinician relationships.
- Possess value‑based and strategic selling skills.
- Be innovative in creating new sales opportunities for Aerogen products.
- Conduct peer‑to‑peer and promotional events in the region.
- Any other duties at the request of the Manager.
- Minimum of a BA/BS Degree or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar commercial role within the medical device industry.
- Ability to work within a team environment to achieve agreed company goals.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to influence financial customers.
- Critical strategic thinking, ability to shape both the medium and longer‑term strategy of the business.

- Maintain established core business hours with additional hours and weekends as warranted by project assignment, required travel, or business necessity.
- Proficiency in use of desktop software applications, such as MS Office, LMS and CRM.
