Strategic Account Manager

Colonial Webb is seeking an enthusiastic, entry-level Account Manager with a mechanical engineering or background with skilled trades.

The ideal candidate:

• Understands applications of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems

• Support sales and operations for Service Project and Service Agreementopportunities
• Perform estimating activities for commercial mechanical service projects (i.e., equipment replacements, retrofits, installations)
• Develop trusting relationships with customers and grow those relationships
• Identify customer objectives and how our services may fit their needs
• Analyze and make recommendations on modifying and repositioning agreements on renewal processes

• Mechanical Engineering degree or 2 + years mechanical experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Skillful listener, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and Internet use
• Client management skills; able to manage customer relationships, perceptions and expectations
