• Develop and expand relationships with building owners, property managers, facility directors, and contractors.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Sell service agreements, maintenance contracts, and equipment replacement solutions tailored to client needs.
• Conduct site visits, client presentations, and proposals in collaboration with operations and estimating teams.
• Manage your sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding goals.

• A self‑starter who enjoys prospecting, cold calling, and building lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business development mindset with proven ability to hit and exceed targets.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Must be looking for career longevity (no job hoppers).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Central Virginia.

• Salary: $75,000 base + $12,000 - $15,000 commission
