We are seeking talented Outside Sales Representatives to help homeowners achieve their dream renovations. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will conduct in-home consultations with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions for their renovation projects. You will receive comprehensive training and support to succeed in a high-commission environment.

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to assess needs and provide tailored renovation solutions
• Develop and present proposals based on client goals, timelines, and budget
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners to drive sales and referrals
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure project alignment and customer satisfaction
• Attend training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales techniques

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a home improvement or related industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
