Our investor clients are constantly looking to grow, shrink, or optimize their portfolios—and we need a high-energy, investment-savvy Real Estate Sales Professional to be their go-to expert.

This isn't a "sit-and-wait" desk job. This is an elite, in-house sales role where you bridge the gap between property management and high-stakes real estate investing. You’ll have the backing of a trusted local brand and a goldmine of warm leads, but you must have the "hunter" instinct to pick up the phone and turn those opportunities into closed transactions.

  • Consult & Close: Act as the exclusive agent for our network of investors, representing them in buying and selling single-family and multi-family assets.
  • Market Strategy: Conduct deep-dive market analyses to help clients make data-driven decisions that maximize their returns.
  • Proactive Outreach: While we provide the leads, you provide the hustle. You’ll be calling our owners, networking with mortgage brokers, and staying top-of-mind with key industry players.
  • Collaborate: Work alongside our property management pros to provide a seamless "one-stop-shop" experience for our clients.
Who You Are
  • The Investment Expert: you don't just see "3 beds, 2 baths"—you see cap rates, cash flow, and appreciation potential.
  • The High-Activity Pro: You’re a self-starter who thrives on the phone. You know that activity equals results, and you aren't afraid to initiate the conversation.
  • The Confident Communicator: You can explain complex market trends with ease and build instant credibility with seasoned investors.
The Must-Haves
  • 2+ Years of Success: Proven track record in residential sales (investor experience is a huge plus).
  • Tech-Forward: You’re a pro with CRMs and digital workflows.
  • The Drive: You want to break the six-figure mark and have the work ethic to get there.
  • Income Potential: $80,000 – $100,000+ in your first year.
