We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the growth of our Telecommunications business, with a specific focus on Connect Master.
Reporting to the Director of Global Business Development, you will work closely with Account Managers and Marketing to identify, qualify, and progress new sales opportunities with telecommunications operators. lesser. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product, and is well suited to someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, structured follow‑up, and developing a strong understanding of a technical product and its value.
You will support inbound leads from campaigns, events, and webinars,ட்டி while also driving proactive outbound outreach to net‑new telecom prospects.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives for Connect Master, including campaigns, webinars, andatings.
- Follow up on inbound leads in a timely and structured manner.
- Proactively જેવા to new prospects through outbound outreach via email, phone, and social channels.
- Research target telecom operators, service providers, and relevant decision makers.
- Understand prospect needs and challenges related to fiber network planning, documentation, and operations.
- Qualify opportunities and route them to the appropriate Account Manager or partner, scheduling next steps as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in CRM and sales engagement systems.
- Use tools such as Outreach, Linked In Sales Navigator, and data enrichment platforms to execute and track outreach.
- Build a strong understanding of the Connect Master product, its use cases, and value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to continuously improve outreach messaging and targeting.
- Experience in a Business Development, Sales Development, or Lead Generation role, ideally in B2B or software sales.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Comfortable engaging prospects via Hippocamp outreach and follow‑up.

- Experience using curve CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Dynamics, Net Suite, Outreach, Zoom Info, or Linked In Sales Navigator.

- Experience in telecommunications, fiber networks, or infrastructure‑related industries.
- Familiarity with GIS, network planning, or asset management concepts.
- Consistent creation of high‑quality, well‑qualified opportunities for the Tel Quentin sales team.
- Strong understanding of Connect Master use cases, buyers, and target accounts.
- Effective collaboration with sales and marketing to support pipeline growth.
