Account Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in the Greater Richmond Region. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and meeting sales goals. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs, delivering professional sales presentations, maintaining customer accounts, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.

The role also includes monitoring market trends to provide strategic recommendations and identifying potential areas for growth.

• Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in building customer relationships and meeting sales targets
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with digital tools and technology for reporting, customer relationship management (CRM), and market analysis
• Previous experience in pest control, facilities management, or related industries is a plus
• Willingness to travel locally within the Greater Richmond Region as required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
