What You’ll Do
  • Business Development & Sales
    • Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
    • Sell material handling or dock & door solutions (based on division) to both existing customers and prospects within your region
    • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and leveraging market knowledge
    • Present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain meaningful business relationships with clients and decision makers
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, driving retention and loyalty
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Sales Administration & Quoting
    • Produce accurate and competitive quotations using internal system
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
    • Conduct product demonstrations for potential and existing customers
    • Track activity, forecasts, and industry trends using CRM tools
  • Including all other responsibilities/duties as assigned
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience in a B2B environment—material handling or dock & door experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to develop strong business relationships with corporate clients and decision makers
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record—daily travel required
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on various roles as part of the sales team
  • Knowledge of material handling, industrial warehousing, or industrial equipment is a plus
