Join the Inside Sales Representative role at OES Equipment. OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast‑paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. This position serves as a key customer contact and resource for clients in the greater Richmond, VA area.
Duties and Responsibilities- Build key relationships to provide outstanding customer service.
- Receive, place, and fill customer orders.
- Provide and recommend solutions to the customer.
- Place and receive purchase orders.
- Quote and invoice process.
- Data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks.
Skills and Abilities
- Proven success in a sales and customer‑focused environment.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong work ethic and a “can‑do” attitude.
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
- 1–2+ years of sales experience required.
- Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge preferred.
- Experience with Rental Man (Wynne Software) a plus.
- Knowledge of Coupa (P2P software) preferred.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
