Job Function: Sales and Business Development

• Run pre‑set, confirmed appointments with qualified homeowners in and around Richmond, Va (no cold calling)
• Conduct in‑home consultations and present tailored solutions for exterior and interior home improvement projects
• Lead customers through our proven sales systems
• Collaborate with a dedicated sales support team to maximize success
• Attend ongoing sales training and coaching sessions to stay sharp and competitive

• Uncapped commission – earn $150K+ annually
• No cold calling – we provide the leads; all appointments are set, confirmed, and qualified for you

• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays (when homeowners are available)
