This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Store Manager located in Virginia Beach, VA. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the retail store to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include managing a team, driving sales, maintaining visual merchandise standards, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also lead customer service initiatives to ensure satisfaction and foster a welcoming store environment, while meeting company targets and goals.

• Proficient in Retail Loss Prevention strategies to protect company assets and minimize risks.

• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
• Experience in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards is a plus.
• Prior experience in retail management or a related field is desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business management is advantageous.
