We’re looking for an analytical and collaborative
** Assortment Planner
** to join our Range & Space team on a
** 12-month contract**.This role is instrumental in bringing our category and brand strategies to life in-store — ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success across our store portfolio.
** The Role You Could Play
** You will play a pivotal role in strategically curating product assortments and designing efficient store layouts that enhance productivity and reflect our brand vision.

You will:
* Develop core and seasonal assortment plans for new and existing stores
* Create and optimise planograms aligned to category strategies, VM standards and commercial targets
* Analyse sales, customer and space performance data to inform range decisions
* Partner cross-functionally with Merchandise, VM, Supply Chain and Retail Operations to deliver seamless execution
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Range & Space processes
** What You Will Bring
*** Proven experience in retail, assortment planning and/or merchandising
* Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Experience using space planning tools (e.g. Spaceman, Blue Yonder) is advantageous
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple work streams
