Greet and assist customers with products and deliver outstanding customer service;
Monitor Enterprise Fulfillment systems, pick merchandise orders, and acknowledge completion in the system;
Pack orders in accordance with packaging requirements and timelines; complete Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities;
Research order shortages/overages and complete shipment check-in; manage stock area and system reporting;
Replenish store inventory and participate in the annual inventory process
