• Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in employee retention, developing leaders, and promoting productivity.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Skills in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure product availability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; experience may substitute.
• Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
