OLAPLEX is expanding our Specialist Freelance Team and seeking passionate, results‑driven beauty professionals to represent our brand in SEPHORA and ULTA locations across these markets.
What You’ll Do:- Build relationships and educate clients and store teams on OLAPLEX products
- Demonstrate product features and provide personalized recommendations
- Achieve sales goals while maintaining elevated, brand‑right product displays
- Deliver exceptional client experiences with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Minimum of one year in retail or beauty sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for haircare, beauty, and education
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your region
