Position: Part‑Time

The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience in every Lens Crafters. The role helps establish Lens Crafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
• Takes pride in the appearance of the store and shows initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with leftover respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale gabic systems, computers, calculators and basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell using sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goalsاشر.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Self‑motivator with the demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
