Retail Merchandising Support Associate, Short Pump Town Center – Part Time

Base pay range: $15.75/hr – $19.43/hr

As a Front of House Colleague, you will execute merchandise movement, enhance visual appeal, maintain organized displays, and ensure accurate pricing and promotional signage. You will greet customers, offer assistance, collaborate with cross‑department teams, and create a welcoming experience.

• Start the day energized, greet teammates, keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Update mannequins, reset floor layouts, align presentation with company directives.
• Offer a warm welcome, create friendly conversations, actively listen to customer needs.
• Recover the floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, replenish merchandise.
• Share loyalty program benefits, finish with a sincere thank‑you, tie up loose ends.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting up to 50 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, handheld equipment, cash register.

• Flexible availability: days, evenings, weekends, holidays. Regular attendance.
• Effective communication with customers, coworkers, supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English.
• Create connection with customers, help the store achieve sales goals, participate in sales‑boosting events.
• Able to learn store products and give expert guidance to customers.
