Responsible for the daily operation of the gas station, performing opening and closing procedures, monitoring and maintaining gas station equipment, assisting members with gas station transactions and payments, and complying with safety, environmental and security standards.

• Provide exceptional member service and promptly assist members as needed, while ensuring safety of people, property and environment.
• Monitor gas station sales transactions and handle cash transactions when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness standards of restrooms and perform custodial duties as needed.
• Monitor gas station reporting, ensure reports are generated, and perform gas station checklist procedures.
• Accurately perform all opening and closing procedures.
• Regularly monitor and maintain gas station equipment.
• Oversee the fuel delivery process and perform required preparation procedures.
• Understand and comply with safety and security features of the gas station; notify management and help desk of any alarms.
• Perform cash drawer procedures, including cash deposit, verification, documentation, and control.
• Execute competitive price surveys daily and ensure posted gas prices and signage match the POS system.
• Follow spill and spilled material procedures for immediate response and cleanup.
• Log all visitors and obtain proper e allowing entry to the kiosk area; notify corporate office of non-routine maintenance vendor visits.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Ensure regular, predictable, full attendance.

• Previous gas station operating experience preferred.
• Experience operating a cash register preferred.
• Must be able to complete all required training.
• At least 18 years of age.

• Exposure to both indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
• May require occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Could require long periods of sitting/standing and some bending.
• Occasional exposure to flammable liquids and strong odors.

In accordance with Pay Transparency requirements, this position starts at $16.00 per hour. Actual salaries may vary based on location, education, experience and qualifications.
