The Zone Specialist (ZS) assists customers and helps maintain the store appearance. The ZS is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on their assigned store zone.

• Merchandising responsibilities in assigned zone.
• Assist with training new Zone Specialists.
• Be knowledgeable of all promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and support sales; assist with Ollie's Army and other donation programs.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion.
• Assist with pricing, merchandising, and recovery of the store.
• Communicate customer needs to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.

• Minimum six months’ retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Effective communication skills.
• Sound judgment.
• Confidentiality of information.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and work within strict time frames and deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry terms and processes.
• Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact well with customers and Associates.

• Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
