• Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through “white glove” service in stores and in customers’ homes, and obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Handle deliveries & pickups: safely load/unload and install products, follow handling and transportation procedures, maintain vehicles clean and properly maintained.
• Maintain an inviting store: refurbish merchandise to like‑new condition, keep showroom dusted, vacuumed and organized.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record (will drive company vehicles).
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

The role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move heavy items and merchandise, meet company safety guidelines.

Full‑time position, Monday through Saturday, store open to close. Sundays off and one other weekday off. Schedules and hours may change throughout the year.
