What You’ll Do
As our Field Service Rep, you’ll ensure our lumber, molding and millwork products shine in our customer’s (Lowe’s) home improvement retail stores through:

• Stocking, displaying, and maintaining products in the Lowe’s store aisles
• Building strong relationships with store leadership and associates
• Driving sales growth through inventory accuracy and excellent customer service

Shift Monday - Friday Day Shift

Location Serving Richmond, VA Lowe’s Stores and surrounding areas

Who You Are

• Basic Requirements:
  You have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance coverage and record of safely operating a vehicle. 2+ years in inventory replenishment (preferred).
• Effective Communicator:
  Solid verbal and written communication skills. You represent Metrie with integrity and professionalism.
• Self‑Motivated:
  Proactive managing your own schedule, ensuring tasks completed efficiently.
• Physically Active:
  Handle and replenish lumber and molding products.
• Tech‑Savvy:
  Comfortable using technology, particularly a tablet, for tracking orders and damaged product.
• Detail‑Oriented:
  Pay attention to detail, ensuring product displays well‑organized and inventory accurately tracked.
• Customer‑Focused:
  Prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide excellent service at all times.

What To Expect In The Lowe’s Stores

• Safety: #1 priority.
• Surroundings:
  Moving machinery, carts and interacting with people.
• Activity:
  Standing, walking, pushing/pulling carts, lifting products up to 50 lbs. and using a tablet for inventory and ordering.
• Temperature:
  Climate controlled environment.
• Dress Code:
  Relaxed, PPE such as safety glasses, gloves. Steel toe or composite shoes. Reimbursed with receipt upon 60 days.
