In-Seat Server (Part-Time Seasonal) at Car Max Park - Home of the Richmond Flying Squirrels

Pay Range: $12.41

We:
Levy Sector is seeking a part-time seasonal in-seat server for events at Car Max Park. This is a seasonal, event-based role with a primary duration from April–September.

Takes food and beverage orders and efficiently delivers items to patrons.

• Promptly and warmly greet guests; takes food and beverages in an efficient manner, following established steps of service.
• Delivers food promptly and professionally; maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards. Follows up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests.
• Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients; advises guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks; accommodates reasonable requests and notes preferences. Demonstrates knowledge of specialized diets and allergens as needed.
• Communicates directly with back-of-house staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated.
• Exhibits exceptional communication skills; remains flexible and patient when interacting with guests and staff.
• Collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures.
• Promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
• Maintains a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared.
• Addresses complaints or issues promptly and relays relevant information to the supervisor.
• Ensures the service area is properly set up before and after the service period; keeps area clean while meeting sanitation standards.
• Operates a variety of equipment as appropriate.
• Works with staff from other departments to perform duties during special events and functions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid server's permit.
