The Salad/Pantry position involves:

• Setting up station(s) according to restaurant guidelines
• Restocking all items as needed throughout the shift
• Following recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications
• Cleaning and maintaining the station with good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
• Understanding and properly using all equipment at the station
• Performing basic preparation duties, including handling raw produce and meats, following quality standards and sanitation protocols
• Performing additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers
