Join our dynamic team as a Starbucks Manager, where you will lead and inspire a vibrant coffeehouse environment! In this energetic role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a dedicated team of baristas and staff. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere, uphold quality standards, and drive the store’s success. Responsibilities- Lead daily store operations with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing ongoing training & development to enhance their skills.
- Manage inventory control, including stock levels for coffee beans, food items, and supplies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Oversee food preparation and kitchen activities to maintain safety standards and food quality.
- Handle cash management duties such as POS transactions using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
- Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all food handling and preparation areas.
- Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and manage shift scheduling to optimize staffing levels during busy hours.
- Proven management experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with casual dining or quick service settings.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management with culinary or hospitality experience.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
- Demonstrated supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent customer service skills coupled with leadership abilities to train and develop staff effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control practices, and food industry regulations.
- Ability to manage shift schedules, oversee food production processes, and handle budgeting responsibilities confidently.
