You'll be joining a highly collaborative R&D team that brings together expertise in materials science, polymer science, chemistry, and chemical and mechanical engineering. Together, we develop next‐generation nonwoven membrane technologies designed to protect people, property, and the critical processes from the hazards they face.
** Primary
Duties & Responsibilities
*** Conduct laboratory testing with minimal supervision
* Develop analytical methods and author clear laboratory procedures
* Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure reliable operation
* Analyze data to address technical challenges and support R&D programs
* Coordinate test requests, communicate results, and prepare technical reports
* Support R&D testing activities, including preparation, execution, analysis, and quality investigations
* Partner with Manufacturing Technology and Operations to execute R&D trials on commercial equipment
* Collaborate with local and global R&D teams to align methods, coordinate samples, and share results
* Travel up to 10% as needed
** Education & Experience
*** B.S. degree in Materials Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline
* Working knowledge of analytical method development, validation, and statistical data analysis
* 3+ years of practical experience in a materials science laboratory or manufacturing environment is preferred
