Initial Training Includes

• Weekly live training sessions

• Shadowing opportunities with experienced agents
• 24/7 contract support when questions arise

You won’t be alone as a new agent. You’ll be surrounded by a full support team, including:

• A Sales Manager for coaching and accountability
• A Listing Manager for help with listings
• A Transaction Coordinator to keep deals on track
• A Marketing Team to help with your branding and listings
• A Field Representative for on‑site needs
