• 6-8 years of experience with a High School Diploma, 4-6 years with an Associate degree, or 0-2 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic typing and computer skills.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with customers, GCs, owners, and office personnel.
• Ability to proactively complete tasks within a timely manner.
• Knowledge of Electrical single-line diagrams.
• Ability to utilize the National Electrical Code to solve problems.
• Ability to work calmly under deadlines and external pressure.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft or Google Suite Applications.

• Mission Critical Project experience.
• Autodesk experience.
• Procore experience.
• Smartsheet experience.
• Primavera Scheduling (P6) experience.
