We are seeking a dedicated Operating Room Nurse Manager (RN) for our Main Operating Room in Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily OR operations, ensuring patient safety, quality care, and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource management to optimize OR productivity.
- Monitor clinical performance, implement quality improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Serve as a liaison between surgical teams, administration, and other departments.
Required skills include strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and clinical expertise in perioperative nursing.
