Nurse Practitioner

Overview

Join a dedicated healthcare team as an Advanced Practice Provider, collaborating with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver exceptional post-acute patient care within your community.

The role involves managing and coordinating care for an assigned patient population, conducting patient rounds, writing orders, and facilitating tests and procedures. Providers will document visits in electronic records, communicate effectively with staff and physicians, and ensure compliance with policies.

• Coordinate and deliver quality patient care
• Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, and leadership
• Perform patient rounds, write orders, and schedule tests
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing records
• Provide services per policies and regulations

Required skills include excellent communication, empathy, organization, time management, and teamwork.

Preferred experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or emergency care.

Must hold a Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification.

The position is full-time, day shift, with on‑call duties, offering a salary range of $120,000–$135,000. Applicants should be able to travel to Lynchburg, VA.
