Hours:

3 PM – 11 PM
Pay: $32‑$37 per hour (all inclusive) with $3 PIB and Same Day Pay.

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards and the written plan of care, as well as the physician’s plan of treatment.
• Follow the plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Virginia.
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
