The Clinical Nurse I, II, and III roles involve integrating skills and knowledge to meet patient needs, assisting with illness prevention, wellness maintenance, and comfort. Responsibilities include delivering age-specific care, documenting accurately, administering medications safely, and demonstrating leadership at the unit level.

• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible/compact state
• AHA BLS HCP Certification or equivalent for continued employment

• Clin I: N/A
• Clin II: 12-24 months RN experience
• Clin III: 3 years clinical experience

• Diploma or Associate Degree from an accredited nursing program
• All RNs without a Bachelor's degree must enroll in an RN to BSN program within two years and complete it within five years of employment unless grandfathered.

• Work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, with schedules established by the Nurse/Practice Manager.
• Physical requirements include lifting 20-50 lbs, exposure to hazards, and activities like standing, walking, and reaching.
• Must handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
