Licensed Practical Nurse – Lakeside Health and Rehabilitation

The Lakeside Health and Rehabilitation is looking for compassionate and committed LPNs in Richmond, VA. This role is full‑time/part‑time/per diem with flexible shifts: days, evenings, nights, weekends.

Base Pay: $30.50–$34.87/hr (plus shift differentials).
Sign‑On Bonus: up to $10,000.00 (limited time).
Daily Pay: available.

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal, and local guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident patient information and adhere to all policies & regulatory requirements.
• Track and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition (vital signs).
• Coach staff as necessary.

• Current LPN license in Virginia (or [State] if elsewhere).
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and other factors and may fall outside the listed range.
