Pay and BenefitsBase pay: $30.50/hr – $34.87/hr (plus shift differentials). Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus (limited time). Same-day pay, instant wage access, health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, holiday pay, annual reviews, employee assistance program, and mental health resources.
Schedule and FlexibilityFull-time, part-time, PRN. Shifts available: days, evenings, nights, weekends. Predictable scheduling and work‑life balance.
What You’ll Do- Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being.
- Assist with resident comfort.
- Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
- Keep resident patient information confidential and follow all policies, procedures, and federal, state, local requirements.
- Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, respiratory rate.
- Help coach staff as necessary.

Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
