Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Are you an experienced RN with a passion for leading and teaching other skilled nursing staff? In this role, you will provide, plan, coordinate, or manage nursing care and health education for nursing home residents.

Weekends only: 3 pm – 11 pm

• Supervise nursing care provided by RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other staff
• Review and implement nursing procedures and systems
• Assess and evaluate systems that facilitate high quality resident care and staff performance
  
  Use a systematic approach in the nursing process to provide individualized care
• Contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA’s) and develop plans of care
• Develop and implement plans of care based on assessment
• Evaluate resident responses to nursing interventions
• Know the rationale for medication effects and administer correctly

• Current state license as an RN
• Current CPR certification; additional nursing specialty certification desired
• Management or supervisory experience in long‑term care or geriatric nursing desired
