Job Summary and Qualifications

Must be available to manage the assigned Care Now clinics 24/7 as needed. Flexibility to fill in open shifts and float to other work locations is required.

Seeking an Area Manager like you who provides expertise and to be a champion of patient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.

As an Area Manager, you will:

  • Supervise, orient, and train clinic managers and staff.
  • Develop, communicate, and lead the execution of clinic goals and objectives.
  • Manage leadership and staff performance including attendance tracking, handling patient and visitor issues, providing feedback and/or follow-up training to employees, and identify/mentor potential candidates for promotional opportunities.
  • Ensure that clinic leadership creates a work schedule for all clinic positions including APP’s based on clinic needs.
  • Oversee patient flow at assigned clinics including keeping patients informed, overseeing and seeking to reduce wait times as much as possible, acting on information provided by Web Check-in, and ensuring efforts are coordinated to provide the highest quality care and services.
  • Ensure all cash management procedures are followed.
  • Regularly communicate with primary accounts.
  • Attend regular staff meetings at assigned clinics and ensure that staff is kept informed of and documents review of information, policies, practices, memos, and expectations.
  • Ensure all compliance measures are met.

You Should Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in the supervision of staff is helpful.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience using an EHR system is helpful.
